The Northampton Hope Centre is a place of solace where the homeless and vulnerable of Northampton have come to know and trust. On 15th October, the Northampton Hope Centre was given just 12 months’ notice to vacate Oasis House by landlords, Midland Heart risking the closure of the vital Day Centre service.

We have been told that the space we now occupy will be converted into a relocated nightshelter, run by Northampton Borough Council. We are hoping that we can get Midland Heart and the council to reverse their decision to evict us and ask them to find an alternative venue for their planned services, allowing us to continue our vital service.

You can do your bit to help get the decision overturned

1. You can sign the petition set up by our patron Sally Keeble at
2. You can send a letter to the Chair of the Board of Midland Heart, John Edwards. (templates are available on our website)
3. You can register with Hope to be kept informed of what’s going on or 0121 666 5319

Together we can keep Hope alive in Northampton.

The Hope centre continues to need funds to keep running it’s services. Their next big event is The Big SleepOut on 1st Feb 2019. Sign up at or call 01604 214300
