You will have the opportunity to learn more about the Supporting Independence Programme and how we can support wellness, healthy ageing, and help improve quality of life.
We will also have trained Wellbeing Advisors on hand to give you some healthy lifestyle tips, and ways to prioritise your health and wellness, followed by a Q&A session.
