Government advice is to self isolate for seven days if you have a new continuous cough and/or a high fever (>37.8c). If a member of your household is showing symptoms of Covid-19 you should ALL self isolate for fourteen days. You should call NHS 111 if your symptoms are worsening but please do not visit your GP or other healthcare environment unless you are told to do so.
If you are over 70 or a high-risk patient you should socially distance yourself, avoid group gatherings and keep your distance from others when you go out.
This does not mean you cannot access healthcare. If you are a high-risk patient or you are in pain we are happy to offer you an appointment with gaps between yourself and the patients before and after so you minimise the risk of cross infection.
If the above apply to you please either leave a message on the land line 01604 586138 , send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on our facebook page and we will call you back and assess your condition.
Our premises have hand washing facilities and hand gel and are regularly cleaned and monitored. Our staff have all been well-trained and are being kept updated on government advice.
