Animals in need based in Little Irchester are currently inundated with rabbits after recently giving their support to relieve animals from a hoarding situation.

Despite rabbits being the third most popular companion animal they are also the most neglected, the charity now has 55 rabbits, all of which will be neutered, fully vaccinated & ID chipped prior to rehoming.

Several pairs are rest for adoption and many more will be available in coming weeks.

Anyone who thinks they can offer a suitable home can visit the shelter and talk to staff for advice between 12 & 3 Tuesday to Sunday.

Home checks are always carried out prior to adoption.
